Wedding Package 1:
Whole Day Access to Venue, $2900 plus any optional add-ons. This package is designed for those with a limited budget and who want to use only the site for the day and use their own resources and vendors for everything.
Wedding Package 2:
Whole Day Access to Venue, Tables and Chairs for up to 120 Guests, Use of Indoor Bridal Suite for Bride to Dress, Parking Attendant, $4900 plus any optional add-ons.
Wedding Package 3:
Whole Day Access to Venue, Table, Chairs and Linens for up to 120 Guests, Tent for 120 Guests, Use of Indoor Bridal Suite for Bride to Dress, Parking Attendant, Use and Setup of Rustic Ranch Theme Decorations, $9900 plus any optional add-ons.
Optional Add-Ons: Wedding Planner, Photographer/Videographer, Caterer, Wedding Equipment and Party Rentals, Limousine, Horse and Carriage, Rustic Theme Decorations, or anything else you have in mind.

Due to COVID-19 protocols, we have established the following intimate farmhouse packages for smaller wedding groups.
Farmhouse Simple Package:
10-40 Guests for 5 Hours, Seasonal Bouquet and Coordinating Grooms Boutonniere, Wedding Dressing Room, 1 Hour of Photography with Online Access to Digital Images, Licensed Officiant to Perform the Ceremony, Café Market Lights, and all Taxes and Fees. $2,650 plus any optional add-ons.
Farmhouse Gathering Package:
10-40 Guests for 5 Hours, Seasonal Bouquet and Coordinating Grooms Boutonniere, Wedding Dressing Room, 1 Hour of Photography with Online Access to Digital Images, 1 Hour of Videography and Copy of Edited DVD, Simple Farmhouse Wedding Cake for Cutting at Ceremony, Licensed Officiant to Perform the Ceremony, Café Market Lights, and all Taxes and Fees. $3,550 plus any optional add-ons.
Farmhouse Rendezvous Package:
10-40 Guests for 5 Hours, Seasonal Bouquet and Coordinating Grooms Boutonniere, Wedding Dressing Room, 1 Hour of Photography with Online Access to Digital Images, 2 Hours of Videography and Copy of Edited DVD, Simple Farmhouse Wedding Cake for Cutting at Ceremony, 2 Assorted Party Platters, Licensed Officiant to Perform the Ceremony, Café Market Lights, Table and Chairs, Champagne Toast for all Guests, and all Taxes and Fees. $4,500 plus any optional add-ons.
Optional Package Add-Ons: Extra Hours - $300/per hour, Bar - $350, and Cabin Rental - $200/per night.
